So sorry to hear of my cousin Laverne's passing. Her dad, John, and my mother, Irene [Brandt] Hendricks, were first cousins. Her mother, Nathalee, was a special family friend along with her mother, Gladys Downs. The 'truth' is a bond that will last forever. We long to have another Loco reunion in the New World with my parents and others we've lost to the last enemy death. Revelation 21:3, 4.

Oh how we will miss the lovely Lavern. Her and HD were two of my father Tony's favorite relatives. I can remember many trips to Loco to visit be it work, play, or to just see how they were doing. I can also remember trying to keep up with the two of them when either was behind the wheel of a vehicle. I wish to send my heartfelt condolence to the family. Ricky Reid
