Peggy was born to the late Mr. Willard D. Tipps and Mrs. Maxine L. (Ware) Tipps on March 27, 1945 in Oakdale, LA.
She moved back to Oklahoma where her mother ran the cafe at Lake Murray. Sue loved her days at the lake. They eventually moved to Ringling, where she met the love of her life. Sue and Mr. Ronnie Dale Harbour were united in marriage on March 24, 1961 in Henrietta, TX. Together they made their home West of Ringling where they would raise their three children and start their family ranch. They were blessed with 57 years of marriage before his passing. She enjoyed working along side Ronnie on the ranch feeding cattle and doing anything that needed to be done. Sue was a excellent homemaker and loved spending time with her kids and grandchildren. She was the best cook and when she would have all seven grandchildren at her house on the weekends she would pack a huge picnic basket and take them all on a picnic. No one ever left her home with an empty stomach. Sue would play along side of the grandkids and always made sure each one of them felt special and loved, Every night she would come tuck their feet in under the covers. Sue was avid Christian lady being baptized in the Church of Christ. She hosted many get togethers with the church and the youth.
