Pat then moved back home with his parents residing on the family ranch on Buckhorn Creek south of Sulphur. When he was looking at some cattle for sale he met the former Darlene Blodgett. They became good friends and were soon united in marriage on February 2, 2002. Pat loved residing south of Wilson with Darlene and her cows. Pat gave his life to the Lord on April 15, 2007. He and Darlene were both members of the First Baptist Church of Wilson.
