Mr. Smith was born January 23, 1947 in Ardmore, OK to the late Mr. Robert “Smitty” Smith and Mrs. Margie O’Day Smith. He departed this life on December 16, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Healdton.

Tommy had lived in the Wilson area most of his life other than his years in the Military. He was retired from the United States Army after serving honorably for 20 years. Mr. Smith then worked for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and Dollar General retiring from both. Tommy enjoyed playing poker, dominoes, billiards, and riding motorcycles. He was the self proclaimed World Champion 42 player in Dominoes. Mr. Smith also enjoyed cooking and visiting with friends. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need.

Preceding him in death are his parents, and his wife, Susie (Clark) Smith.

Tom is survived by his son, Craig Smith and wife Jenni of Piedmont, OK; daughter, Kathy Wyatt and husband Marco of Ardmore; grandchildren, Grant, Parke, Mikayla, Mason, and Cameron; sister, Linda Holloway of Wilson; brothers, Don Stevens of Ardmore and Rocky Smith of Mustang; step sons, Lyndon Lewis and James Hill of Ardmore; special friend, Nita Kay Lewis of Gene Autrey; most favorite person in the world, Angie Mapp of Healdton; friend, Larry Covey of Healdton; many other family members and a host of friends.
